After arriving in the U.S., the first thing Molly did was to retrieve a rope toy! The boys seem to like their new friend. So far, she's fine with other dogs AND cats.
In December, 2008, we were alerted to the issue of homeless Goldens in Taiwan through an email from a young rescuer named Rita. Taiwan is population-dense and when folks find that living in close quarters with a big dog isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, the dogs either go a shelter, where they’re euthanized after 7 days, or get turned out on the streets. Rita and MJ are two dog-loving young ladies who want to make a difference. Despite huge odds and with an amazing level of effort, they are doing incredible things without many resources.
